Primer (2004??)

This movie seriously made my head hurt. I am thinking I may just buy it so I can watch it a thousand times until it makes sense to me. I can't say if I enjoyed it or not, because I was so busy trying to figure out what was going on, that I just felt...well...busy. I thought it never got boring, even though I didn't understand half of the scientific mumbo jumbo. Yet time travel movies always confuse me, and intrigue me at the same time. This one in particular, because it was kind of short, made me think I was going to have it all figured out, and instead, I was more confused than in most other time travel themed movies I have seen. I do recommend it though, I immedietly called my friend Steph today to beg her to watch it so we can discuss it together. I wish it was more accesible. I had to request it from our inter-library loan system as our local video stores and my own library didn't carry it at all. I am glad I went through the effort though, its nice sometimes to watch a movie that has you thinking hard a day later. I did notice that there was a Directors commentary track on the DVD, so maybe if I get it again, I can watch it that way. I read online that this movie was made for like $7,000. I love to see how little money it takes sometimes to completely entertain me in a movie!
